So offering them full service delivery and catering is a near necessity. Combining her love of baking and classic Italian scooters, Heather Wong has established the Scootabaker, an all-natural dessert delivery service. Traveling “green” and baking all-naturally combined with aesthetically pleasing desserts make it hard to refuse a first try. Then again, that’s all it takes to get hooked!
